Booking starts with an enquiry.
There is no checkout here. Every trip is costed by hand, so all bookings begin with the form at the bottom of this page. You will get a full quote back within two working days.
The process
Four steps from enquiry to departure.

Step 1
Enquiry
You fill in length, room, courses, excursions and any coaching. Incomplete is fine — we will be in touch and fill the gaps together.

Step 2
Quote
You receive an itemised quote in which every line can be swapped. Nothing is binding at this stage.

Step 3
Deposit
Paid by card, bank transfer or Klarna once you have accepted. Only then is the place yours.

Step 4
Final payment
The same payment method as the deposit, or another if you prefer. After that everything is settled.
Payment methods
Three ways to pay.
The same options apply to both the deposit and the final payment. You need not choose now — we will ask once the quote is accepted.

Card
Visa and Mastercard, via a secure payment link sent with the quote. No card details are given in the form, by phone or by email.

Bank transfer
Invoice with bank giro and reference number, ten-day terms. Suits parties and companies paying together.

Klarna
Pay now, later or in instalments. Terms are set by Klarna at the time of payment and are between you and Klarna.
All amounts in Swedish kronor, per person. Prices may be adjusted if airfares or exchange rates move materially, until the deposit is paid.
Security
Your financial protection.
Travel guarantee
Meridian Fairways Travel is registered with, and lodges security with, Kammarkollegiet under the Swedish Travel Guarantee Act (2018:1218), and operates under the Package Travel Act (2018:1217).
Every krona you pay for the trip is protected.
Travel insurance
Compulsory and not included in the price. We require proof of insurance with weather and cyclone cover before final payment — more under Good to know.
Cancellation
Full terms and cancellation rules are provided in writing with the quote, before any payment is made.
