There is no checkout here. Every trip is costed by hand, so all bookings begin with the form at the bottom of this page. You will get a full quote back within two working days.
The process
Four steps from enquiry to departure.

Step 1
Enquiry
You fill in the departure, the room, the meals and how many are travelling. The places are held for you for five days, and the number left on that departure falls straight away. The enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Step 2
Paperwork and account
You get an itemised quote, the terms and the payment plan — and an account on My trip, where you can see the booking and fill in the traveller details when it suits you.

Step 3
Signing
You accept the terms and pay the deposit. Only then are the places yours. It counts towards the price of the trip and is not refunded on cancellation.

Step 4
Final payment
The rest of the price. The same way you paid the deposit, or another if you prefer. Then everything is settled.
Meridian Fairways ApS is registering its travel business with Rejsegarantifonden in Denmark. Booking opens when the registration is complete. The guarantee is lodged in the country where the organiser is established and is recognised across the EEA under the Package Travel Directive (EU) 2015/2302 — Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish travellers carry the same protection as Danish ones.
Payment methods
Three ways to pay.
The same options apply to both the deposit and the final payment. You need not choose now — we will ask once the quote is accepted.

Card
Visa and Mastercard, via a secure payment link sent with the quote. No card details are given in the form, by phone or by email.

Bank transfer
Invoice with bank giro and reference number, ten-day terms. Suits parties and companies paying together.

Klarna
Pay now, later or in instalments. Terms are set by Klarna at the time of payment and are between you and Klarna.
All amounts in Swedish kronor, per person. Prices may be adjusted if airfares or exchange rates move materially, until the deposit is paid.

Travel insurance
Compulsory and not included in the price. We require proof of insurance with weather and cyclone cover before final payment — more under Good to know.
Cancellation
Full terms and cancellation rules are provided in writing with the quote, before any payment is made.
